If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 14 days of receiving them.
Please send the completed return form along with the invoice inside the package.
If this form is not completely filled out, we cannot process your return request.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with tags and labels attached. The product must show no signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of 3 or more items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our fault.

Cancellation Before Shipping
You have the option to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
This is usually possible within 24 to 48 hours after placing the order.
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order.

In addition to our 30-day return policy, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive the item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days.
General Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Note: The shipping costs of the returned goods will be fully on the customer. 'MauriMilano' is not responsible for the cost of shipping for the returning products.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds
After receiving and checking the item, it will either be exchanged or the purchase amount refunded within 7 days to your bank account.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service.
Conditions
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded.
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products are excluded from the return policy for hygiene reasons. These products cannot be returned or processed.
- Please send returns with a Track & Trace code (at your own cost).
- Email a photo of the Track & Trace code on the day of shipment.
- The return form must be printed and included in the package.
- The product must be returned in an unused condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product will be inspected for customer-caused damage; if damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.
- The shipping costs of the returned goods will be fully on the customer. 'MauriMilano' is not responsible for the cost of shipping for the returning products.
