Now choose a color and/or size and click on "Add to Cart."
Of course, you can continue shopping and return to your cart anytime by clicking on the "Cart" icon at the top right.
Please note that items in your cart are not reserved until you complete the purchase.
Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the cart icon in the top right corner to view your items.
On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout page, where you can enter all your details in one step.
Please note: Once you complete your order, you cannot make changes as it will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
MauriMilano covers the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping fees.
- However, for returns, you will need to pay for the return shipping, including Track & Trace.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the Order Status page, and you will receive a link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note: Sometimes, it may take a while before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We strive to deliver products as quickly as possible. If you place your order on working days before 9 PM, we will try to process it the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so the average delivery time is 5-10 business days.
I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL branch (Bpost for Belgian orders).
You will receive a notification from the driver, indicating where you can pick up the package.
After 7 days, PostNL will return the package to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small time window to correct a wrong address.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect delivery address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this to us.
14 days after the stated delivery date, PostNL will start an investigation, and we will keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
